Responsibilities:
In this direct selling position, you will plan and implement strategies to sell Document Production and Printing Systems to achieve revenue growth (quota) and customer satisfaction plans. Territory is Mobile, AL, Montgomery, AL & Jackson, MS
* Responsible for Document Production and Printing Systems product line, application development, customer retention, territory penetration and volume growth. Collaborate with Solutions and Services Executive (SSE) on development and execution of account strategies.
* Generate and grow business for major accounts. Primary focus on host driven applications in Data Center, Client Server and CRD environments.
* Responsible for related customer satisfaction, including problem resolution.
* Deliver sales activity levels sufficient to support overachievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction for the full range of Document Production and Printing Systems products and services.
* Build contacts at all levels of the customer accounts; CIO, Executive Level, IS Director and end users. Identification, engagement and coordination of marketing and technical resources (companys and third party) supporting opportunities in the accounts.
* Presentation and selling skills at executive levels required. Ability to articulate products, services and solutions to meet customer requirements
Requirements:
* Proven consultative sales and account management experience.
* Results oriented with excellent record of success (overachievement of sales quota, top sales ranking, awards, achievement recognition).
* Accepted leader with ability to achieve, motivate, drive performance and train.
* Knowledge of Local Area Networks, Data Center or Client Server environments is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of CRO, reprographics, offset printing, publishing, and image management environments desirable.
* Ability to articulate products, services and solutions to meet customer requirements.
* Excellent negotiating and closing skills. Excellent presentation, demonstration, verbal and written communication skills.
* BS/BA Degree or equivalent
