Purpose:
Provide subject matter expertise on environmental sustainability contributing to company strategic direction, priorities, communications, market communications, education/training and implementation. Work cross organizationally to coordinate, align and implement environmental sustainability initiatives comprehending full value chain. Interface with key external stakeholders/partners on Xerox environmental sustainability initiatives to support strategic direction.
Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and expertise to Xerox value chain organizations in defining and leveraging market opportunities, designing measurement/monitoring tools, assessing technology and aiding in decision making.

Provide content to and ensure alignment and credibility on market communications.
*
Develop and deliver audience appropriate customer and employee training on sustainability including “train the trainer”.
*
Support sales and marketing in leveraging revenue opportunities.
*
Assist with prioritizing and supporting advocacy positions.
*
Interface with key external stakeholders/partners on Xerox environmental sustainability initiatives to support strategic direction.

Requirements:
* BS in Science/Engineering and MS or MBA.
* Superior communications skills (written, oral and presentation).
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information to be comprehended by non-technical audiences.
* Strong cross organizational management skills.
* Deep working knowledge of external landscape and associated dynamics that influence emerging market requirements across the globe.
* Strong systems thinking and decision making skills.
* 15 years direct experience in environmental sustainability field.
