Job Description


* Consistently grows multi-year global account revenue and gross profit.

* Leads operational performance of the direct and virtual elements of a premier global account team to achieve business targets for:

* Develop and execute strategic account plans to optimize global account revenue and profit growth:

* Establishes and grows multiple C-level executive contacts and develops strong relationships.

* Leads global account business development.

* Identifies opportunities for account penetration using all existing and new Xerox & ACS offerings to satisfy client objectives to grow revenue, reduce costs and increase competitiveness.

* Includes strategic partners in development of opportunities to leverage their expertise and relationships.

* Architects the right Xerox systems, solutions and services to anticipate and meet the clients global needs.

* Sets targets for monitoring on-going customer satisfaction with a defined measurement process.
* Develops global account coverage plan.

* Develops a long term sales and support coverage plan.

* Identifies the amount and quality of sales and support resources.

* Utilizes coverage capacity coverage models to maintain proper level of resources thought time.
* Deploys and monitors client-focused sales delivery and support activities.

* Utilization of Enterprise Selling Process (ESP) to develop (delete customer and change to client through out document) clients strategy, value proposition and for opportunity identification.

* Utilization of SalesForce.Com to manage opportunity and forecast.

* Conducts integrated global account reviews with cross functional organizations.

* Supports the coordination of global contracting and fulfillment processes for international client agreements.
* Full financial accountability for global account P&L.

* First line of approval for selection, hiring, and firing decisions, as well as other related business processes.
Requirements:

* BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.

* International business experience and cultural awareness.

* Relevant multi-language ability helpful.

* Strong financial and business acumen - proven P&L track record.

* Strong People management experience - proven ability to lead and inspire individuals and teams in direct, shared or virtual roles.

* 10 or more years successful selling in targeted industries.

* Proven success with mega deals (greater than $25M) as pursuit lead with delivery oversight.

* Experience in document, BPO and /or IT outsourcing.

* Consultative selling and strategic business skills.

* Successful general management/executive experience.

* Proven ability to build strategic C-level client relationships.

* Some combination of consulting, in-depth knowledge of one or more key business processes, systems architecture and integrated solutions and services in complex environments.

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

* Willingness to travel globally (>50%).

* Open to relocation.
