Position Summary:
To serve as the key area focal point to drive Partner/Channel revenue. These individuals will be responsible for field deployment and support of channel programs and ensure consistent coverage across theU.S.The Channel Account Manager is responsible for calling on a set of targeted Top Partners in a specific territory but will own channel coverage for their entire territory. The mission of the PM is to increase quality, consistency, knowledge, advocacy and revenue of our products through the channel.
Responsibilities:
Achieve Equipment Revenue Plan
Manage relationships with Top Partner
Cultivate relationships at all s levels within assigned partners
Facilitate education of partner sales professionals on products, programs, promotions, competitive advantages and how and where to sell products
Participate in requested trade shows, events, trainings and other outings
Work in conjunction with partners sales team to achieve a common sales goal
Provide partner with individual account and overall market analysis
Manage assigned territory with proactive mindset that focuses on meeting and exceeding the partners expectations to achieve brand loyalty and drive increased market share
Facilitate the sales of printers, MFPs, service and solutions via identification and pipeline management
Recruitment and On-Boarding of new partners implement effective process utilizing resources and tools to bring on new partners and decrease the time to revenue timeline
Business Consultant act as a trusted advisor to our partners in development of strategy to drive success with programs such as PagePack (comp plan development, sales rep skill assessment, training needs, service offerings, distribution community partnering, marketing events, etc.)
Facilitate engagement with AMs in support of Xerox led opportunities with the partners
Strategic Business Planning (development of business plan with top partners provide sales direction, leadership, counseling on business initiatives with these partners)
Active support at key channel events held in your area to deliver and support Xerox partner messaging
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 to 4 years outside sales experience
Experience with channel sales and business partner sales a preference
Sales experience in printer/MFP products/solutions
Overnight travel required
